4. Obituary: Pottsville Republican on 1 Oct 1955 in Pottsville, Schuylkill, PA. ⁷ Mrs. Anna Voynar died Saturday morning at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Deen, 337 Virginia Ave., Shenandoah Heights.
Born in Shenandoah, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Twardzik. She was a member of St. Casimir's Church, the Union of Polish Women of Alliance Society.
Her husband Paul died April 27, 1955. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Patrick Deen, with whom she resided; Mrs. Rose Frick, Pottstown; two sons, Stanley and Frank, Pottstown; four brothers, Jacob, Joseph, Walter and Paul, Shenandoah; four sisters, Mrs. Lawrence Gerzak, Margaret, Helen, wife of William Tomcavage Shenandoah; Mrs. Anna Schumacher, Riverdale, N. Y.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning from the J. A. Oravitz and Sons Funeral Home 30 N. Jardin St. Mass will be celebrated in St. Casimir's Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
