SUNBURY - A funeral will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Jerre Wirt Blank Funeral Home, Sunbury, for Mrs. Dorothy A. Hepner, 71, of 604 N. Fifth St., who died at 10 a.m. Thursday in Sunbury Community Hospital, where she was admitted Wednesday.
The Rev. Leroy S. Heller, pastor of Emmanuel Bible Fellowship Church, Sunbury, will officiate. Burial will be in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington. Friends will be received in the funeral home Sunday evening.
Born in Northumberland July 22, 1909, she was a daughter of the late Abraham and Sarah Witmer Hulsizer. In 1927, she married Frederick J. Hepner, who survives.
She was a member of the Goodwill Hose Company Auxiliary, Sunbury.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Shirley M. Bucher of Sunbury RD2; one grandchild; three great-grandchildren; one brother, John Hulsizer of California; and three sisters, Mrs. Claire Smith and Mrs. Alice Bartholomew, both of Sunbury, and Mrs. Gladys Walter of Berwick. One son, Charles, preceded her in death.
