Neil, 400 to 600 acres, lands lately owned by father Wm. Booher dec'd, that part of land called "the homeplace" being held, occupied and enjoyed by my mother Lydia Booher, His interest is 1/8; lists debts and to whom owed; if he paid in 12 months deed is null and void; if he doesn't pay then James A. Neil is trustee to sell land.
