Heather Beecher and Joshua Sallee were married May 10, 2003, at the Chapel of the Resurrection at Valparaiso University. A reception was held at Cheers Banquet Hall in LaPorte. Mr. and Mrs. Sallee spent their honeymoon in Las Vegas. They live in Wanatah. Parents of the couple are Bruce and Kathy Beecher of Wanatah, Edwin Sallee Jr. of Hamlet, Ind., and Peggy Sallee of Wanatah. The bride is a graduate of LaCrosse High School and Valparaiso University. She is employed at Cleary Building Corp. The bridegroom is a graduate of South Central High School. He is employed at Newland Concrete. Wendy Johnson was matron of honor and Andrew Sallee was best man.
