Obituary: The Dispatch: obituary of Hilda Beeker Seaford on 24 Mar 2006 in Lexington, Davidson, NC. ⁵ Hilda Beeker Seaford, 92, formerly of the Fork community in Mocksville, died March 23 at DuShane Family Care Center. She was born May 18, 1913, in Davidson County to Elmo and Alice Myers Beeker. She was a longtime member of Fork Baptist Church, where she taught in the Beginner Department in Sunday school for more than 50 years. She was a very active member of WMU and choir before her health declined. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Robert Lee Seaford, on March 22, 1995; and a brother, Harold Beeker, on January 3, 2006.
Surviving are three daughters, Frances Hendrix and husband Henry of Clemmons and Dorothy Hemrick and husband Joe and Jane Jones and husband Nelson, all of Mocksville; three granddaughters, Kim Latham and husband Tim, Paula Tkach and husband David and Jenny Yost and husband Cory, all of Mocksville; a grandson, Kent Woodward and wife Melissa of Winston Salem; four great-granddaughters, Savannah Yost, Emmie Tkach and Sierra and Macie Latham; three great-grandsons, Jacob Latham, Jesse Tkach and Hunter Woodward; two sisters, Melba Leonard and Lala Tussey and husband Dave, all of Lexington; two brothers, Burton Beeker and Graham Beeker and wife Frances, all of Reeds; a sister-in-law, Sarah Beeker of Reeds; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at Fork Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Garrett and Rev. Yates Wilkinson officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

HIlda married Robert Lee Seaford, son of Luther P.
