Mrs. Wreatha Beher Young, 81, a former Rush County resident died Tuesday night at her home in Los Angeles, Calif. Final rites will be held here. Mrs. Young, a former milliner, was born in Grant County on August 28, 1883, the daughter of Jesse and Lucinda Jane Osborn Snook. Her first husband, Lot Beher, died in 1906 and she later was married to Louis Young, who died in 1944. For several years Mrs. Young lived near Henderson and she was a member of the Hannegan Christian Church. After leaving Rush county, Mrs. Young resided in Chicago before moving to Los Angeles 20 years ago. Survivors include a son, Orel L. Beher of Mooresville; two sisters, Mrs. Clyde (Cliffie) Mull of Homer and Mrs. Alta Graham of Elwood, and a brother, Lee O. Snook near Kempton. The Rev. Russell Rees of Mooresville will conduct services at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Wyatt Moore Memorial, where friends may call after 5 p.m. Saturday, with burial in Little Blue River Cemetery northwest of here.
