Heavilon, 67, a native of Frankfort, died at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday at Montclair, N. J. Mr. Heavilon, a consulting engineer, was a 1927 graduate of Purdue University. He was married to Marian Baldwin, who survives. Mr. Heavilon was a member of the Sons of the American Revolution, American Society of Mechanical Engineers and Delta Tau Delta fraternity. Surviving with the wife are three daughters, Mrs. Lyle E. Haber of Houston, Tex., Mrs. Hugh A. McConkey in Rhode Island and Miss Susan A. Heavilon of Boston, Mass.; and one brother, Richard K. Heavilon of Waterbury, Conn.
