McGlynn, 87, died on Jan. 10, 2005, beloved mother and mother in law of Richard McGlynn and his wife, Victoria, of Far Hills, Judith Ann Douglas and her husband Duncan, of Mountain Lakes, and Edward R. McGlynn and his wife, Jeannie of Brick Township. Born April 22, 1917 an Allentown, PA, "Bunny", as she was known all her life, was a woman of many talents, who inspired her children to use their own gifts. During her years in Kearny, NJ she performed in amateur theatre productions presented by the Women's Club of that town. She took up painting thereafter and created many charming pictures to grace her home and delight her eight grandchildren. Her husband, William E. McGlynn, whom she married in 1937, predeceased her I 1995. They were active members of the Forest Hill Field Club in Bloomfield, and the Manasquan River Golf Club in Manasquan following their move to the New Jersey Shore in 1966. Bunny died peacefully at the Franciscan Oaks Health Care Center in Denville. In addition to children, she leaves a sister, Mary Ann Mohr Hartung of Forks Township, PA, eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Wednesday Jan 12th from 7-9p.m. at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ www.normandean.com, and a graveside service on Thursday Jan. 13th at 10:30a.m. At Greenwood Cemetery, Brielle, NJ. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Bunny's name to the St. Barbarbas Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 95 Short Hills Rd., West Orange, NJ 07052. Irene married William Edward McGlynn III, son of William Edward McGlynn Jr. and Grace B.
