Mrs. Isabella S. (Diehl) Knerr of 26 N. West St. died at 3 a. m. Saturday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Mohr of 517 High St., Easton, where she had been visiting since Thursday. She was in her 88th year. Born in Lowhlll township near Morgenland church, she was a daughter of Solomon and Sarah, nee George, Diehl. After the death of her husband, E. Henry Knerr, in 1909, she made her home with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bury of 26 N. West St. She was a member of Dubbs Memorial Reformed church, the Dubbs Bible class and the Dorcas Sewing circle. Surviving are five daughters: Mrs. Eugene Miller of Orange, Texas, Mrs. Ray Mohr of Easton, Mrs. William Sotzing of Woodhaven. N. Y., Mrs. Carrie Jaeger and Mrs. Frank Bury of Allentown. Two sons preceded her in death. She also is survived by 16 grandchildren, four great grandchildren and three brothers: Clinton G. and Daniel A. of Allentown and Charles of Sellersvllle.
