York, Pa. (UPI) -- John E. Geesey, 69, chairman of the board of the York County Gas Co. and vice president of the York County Industrial Development Corp., was killed Saturday in a collison of two automobiles near his home. He was pronounced dead at the scene of a skull fracture. His wife was treated for minor injuries. Terry J. Marshall, 21, York, driver of the other car, was in satisfactory condition at York Memorial Hospital. Police said Marshall's auto struck Geesey's car broadside at an intersection.
