Jefferson, his parents, and Ella were born in Indiana. Mable and Rubie were born in Texas. Willie and her father were born in Georgia and her mother in Alabama. 2. She was arrested by the police at the same time Mrs. Cecle Redel was arrested on a charge of running a house of prostitution. The house complained of was in the 400 block on Texas street.
