Census in 1940 in Morea, Schuylkill, PA. 3 The 1940 census recorded at Main Street: Julia Micun, widowed, 40, living with son Walter, laborer in coal mine, 21; daughters Florence, machine operator in dress factory, 19; Theresa, 17; Genieve, 15, Eleanor, 9, and sons Emil, 7, and Leonard, 1. Everyone was born in Pennsylvania and lived in the same house in 1935.

2. Census in 1950 in Frackville, Schuylkill, PA. 4 The 1950 census recorded at 334 W. Chestnut Street in Frackville: Julia Micun, machine operator in garment factory, widowed, 50, living with daughter Genevieve, , machine operator in garment factory, 25; daughter Eleanore, machine operator in garment factory, 19; son Emil, 17; and son Leonard, 11. Everyone was born in Pennsylvania.

3. Obituary: Pottsville Republican on 1 Dec 1970 in Pottsville, Schuylkill, PA. 2 5 Leonard R. Micun, 31, of 334 W. Chestnut St., Frackville, died yesterday in Ashland Hospital where he was admitted Oct. 31 as a patient.
He had been in ill health for one year. Mr. Micun was born Dec. 5, 1938 in Morea. He was a son of the late Emil and Julia (Brach) Micun.
He had lived Frackville for the greater part of his life. Mr. Micun was a member of St. Ann's Church, Frackville; and the parish Holy Name Society. He was last employed by the Internal Revenue Service in Philadelphia.
Surviving are four sisters, Florence, wife of Frank Sienkiewicz, Frackville; Mrs. Theresa Dembroski, Frackville; Genevieve, Frackville, with whom he lived; Eleanor, wife of Vincent Achenbach, Frackville; two brothers, Walter Swistak, Frackville; Emil Micun, Philadelphia; nieces and nephews. Services will be Saturday morning from Nice Funeral Home, Frackville. Requiem Mass will be recited by Rev. Joseph Rapezynski in St. Ann's Church. Interment will be in St. Casimir's Cemetery, Mahanoy City.
