SUNBURY - Allie Louise Bucher, 76, of RD2 Sunbury and formerly of 110 Alice St. died at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, 1996, at Sunbury Community Hospital.
Mrs. Bucher was born Feb. 28, 1920, in Sunbury, the daughter of the late Ralph and Helen (Krick) Herrold.
Her husband, Charles W. Bucher, died July 28, 1995.
She graduated from Sunbury High School.
She was a clerk at the W.T. Grant store in Sunbury.
She was Lutheran.
Mrs. Bucher enjoyed flowers and gardening.
Surviving are three sons, Glen, Tommy and John, all of Sunbury; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, John Herrold of Middletown; and a sister, Nancy Forsyth of New Jersey.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at the David T. Zweier Funeral Home Inc., 157 Chestnut St., Sunbury, by the Rev. Paul Swartz. Burial will be in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington.
Visitors may call from 9 a.m. to the time of the service Saturday at funeral home.

Allie married Charles William Bucher, son of Harvey William Bucher and Grace Ellen Niehoff.
