EAST STROUDSBURG Burt D. Horn, 70, of 4 Fairview Ave., Mount Pocono, died Saturday at Pocono Hospital. He was the husband of Marjorie (Carl) Horn. Born in Allentown, he was the son of tbe late Robert W. P. and Kathryn (Neff) Horn. He had been a surveyor for Pocono Farms for 10 years before retiring in 1975. He had previously been a surveyor for Edward C, Hess Co., Stroudsburg, for 20 years. In addition to his widow, he is survived by a brother, Alden K. of Allentown, and a sisler, Mrs. Francis Kline, Hazelton. Funeral services will be at the convenience of the family. There wilt be no visitation. Arrangements are being handled by the Stephens Funeral Home, Allentown.
