Loan Society Manager Had Been Ill 10 Days
Andrew H. Vogel, Country Club Heights, Lancaster R5, manager of the Welfare Loan Society for the past 30 years. died in the General Hospital at m., yesterday. He was fifty-seven.
Mr. Vogel was ill for the past ten days.
Born in Mt. Joy, he was a son of the late Andrew H. and Minnie Graeter Vogel.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church; Ephrata Lodge F. and the Lancaster Lodge 134, BPOE; and active in loan organization work for many years.
He is survived by his wife, the former H. Bertha Ranck; one son, Andrew H. Vogel, III, at home; a brother and two sisters, Albert G. Vogel, Sporing Hill, Anna V. Smith, Lancaster, and Marie L., wife of John C. Nissley, Washington Borough R1.

The relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral without further notice from the funeral home of Fred F. Groff. Inc., No. 234 W. Orange St., on Saturday afternoon at 1:30 P. M.. D. S. T. Interment in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at Groff's Friday evening between 7 and 9:00 o'clock.
