As to all the rest and residue of my estate, both personal and mixed, I give devise and bequeath the same to my executor hereinafter named in trust nevertheless that he will sell the same, with full power and authority and deliver a deed or deeds to the purchaser or purchasers of the real estate, and after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, as above directed, to divide the balance of the proceeds thereof amongst my three children, to wit, George T. Beecher, Mrs. Mary Jane Gibson and Hirametta C. Morette in equal shares.

And lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my son George T. Beecher to be the executor of this my last will and testament: Witness my hand and seal this 4th day of April, A.D. 1893.

Penna deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, depose and say, that they were present and saw and heard the testator, Jonathan C. Beecher, sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the same as and for his last Will and Testament and that at the time of his so doing he was of a sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their observation, knowledge and belief, and that they subscribed their names as witnesses at his request in his presence, and in the presence of each other sworn and subscribed before me this 8th day of March AD 1895.
