Inquest Conducted
The accident in which twelve year old Gilbert Earl Miller, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Miller, of Baltimore, lost his life, on September 24, was due to Samuel Beecher, Jr., New Cumberland, operating a truck on the wrong side of the road in a reckless manner, according to a verdict returned at an inquest held last evening in the court house by Coroner L. In the accident five others were hurt. One of the injured, Miss Naomi Williams, Baltimore, a passenger in the Miller car, is still confined to the York hospital.
