Stiles, Arlington, Va., are the parents of a son born Saturday, Oct. 27, at about noon at the Georgetown hospital, Washington, D. C. The infant, which has been named Hunter Adams Stiles, weighs nine pound. He has a three-year-old sister, Susan Jane, who is presently visiting with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bury, 26 N. West St. Mrs. Stiles is the former Adele Bury. Colonel Stiles of the U. S. Marine Corps, son of Mr. and Mrs. William A. Stiles of Kansas City, Kas., was in the South Pacific for two years and has been in the States since July, 1944. He is presently with the Navy department in Washington.

Hunter was my neighbor for 21 years. My husband Joe and and I are deepy saddened by Hunter's untimely passing. We always voted in the elections very early in the morning and were often one of the first group of people in line. We talked politics quite a bit. He spoke with me often regarding how much Tyson's Corner is changing and how bad the traffic will become. We both complained a lot about our new postal carrier. He was a good neighbor and a good friend. Joe and I still tear up when we pass his apartment and see his car in the parking lot. Hunter will be truly missed.
