Cook, 74, of 29541 Locust Drive, who died at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday in Elkhart General Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Vincent's Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Westbrook-Metz & Clouse Funeral Home, where the rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Monday.
Mr. Cook was born Sept. 11, 1911, in Lexington, Ky.
On Feb. 17, 1936, he married Mary T. Murray. She died Sept. 6, 1984.
He is survived by a daughter, Patricia Habic of Elkhart; and three grandchildren.
Mr. Cook retired in 1973 from Federal Paperboard after 36 years of service. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and VFW of Crystal Falls, Mich.
