Mrs. Ola Stevens, 84, a native of Rush County, died early Sunday morning at the home of her son, Herman Stevens, of R. R. 2, Knightstown. Ill only a short time, she had lived in Rush and Henry Counties her entire life. A daughter of Oren and Laura Smith Beher, Mrs. Stevens was born November 12, 1869. Her husband, Edmund Stevens, died in 1926. Other survivors besides the son include a daughter, Mrs. F. L. Keller of Piqua, Ohio; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three brothers, A. T. Beher of Carthage, Howard Beher of Elwood and Grover Cleveland Beher of Anderson. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Moffitt-Schweizer Funeral Home in Knightstown with the Rev. Albert Clark officiating. Interment will be in the Blue River Cemetery in Rush County. Friends may call at any time.
