Interment Pine Grove (Rayville) Cemetery, Parkton, MD. Friends may call at the Mortuary on Monday from 7 to 9 P.M.

Shrewsbury
Laura C Beeker of Shrewsbury, formerly of Parkton, Md., died at 7:05 pm March 14 at Shrewsbury Lutheran Retirement Village, Shrewsbury. She was 92.
Bom in Howardsville, Va., March 9, 1905, she was a daughter of the late Marian Giles and Benjamin S. Wood Sr. She was the wife of the late Murle R. Beeker.
She leaves a daughter, Nellie C. Poehlitz, Parkton; a son, Murle E. Beeker, Parkton; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Viewing is 7 to 9 pm tomorrow at J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, 24 Second St., New Freedom. The service is at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the mortuary with the Rev. John Nupp, pastor of Parke Memorial United Methodist Church, Parkton, officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove (Rayville) Cemetery, Parkton.
