The wedding was solemnized at 10 a. m. at the home of the bride's parents, the ceremony being performed at the same hour as that of the bridegroom's parents twenty-nine years ago that day. The Rev. Mr. Hudson, pastor of the Warsaw Presbyterian church performed the ceremony. Both young people were graduated from Butler with the class of 1928. The bride is a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority and Mr. Beecher of the Kappa Delta Rho fraternity. Mrs. Beecher will join her husband for residence in Barberton, O., at the close of the school year. She is a teacher in the Mason City, W. Va. high school and Mr. Beecher is in the research department of the Pittsburgh Plate Glass company in Barberton.

The Columbus native was a registered professional engineer in Michigan, and a member of the Barberton, Ohio, Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite. He was a longtime member of the Zoning Board of Appeals in Wyandotte, Mich., an elder of Wyandotte Presbyterian Church and a member of Wyandotte Wiseman's Club. He was also a member of American Institute of Chemical Engineers. Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Halbhuber of Moscow, Idaho; sons Alfred E. of Ocean Shores, Wash., and Edgar A. of Flower Mound, Texas; 11 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline, and a brother. Masonic services are 2 p.m. Monday at Peabody Retirement Community Chapel, North Manchester, with calling from 1 p.m. until services. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Memorials are to Caring Circle at Peabody Retirement Community.
