Mr. and Mrs. Beicher were married in 1894. Beicher, who failed to appear at the hearing, was charged with abuse and drunkeness and with having deserted his wife while she was sick at the home in Dayton.

Captain Bond and Officer Bell visited the home of Ida Warner, at No. 1135 north State street, Saturday evening, and placed the Warner woman, her daughter, Bessie Warner, Jennie Brown, Harry Carr, J. Loyer and George Scotland, under arrest. The captain accepted bond for the appearance of the sextet, this morning, and later filed an affidavit against Ida Warner for conducting a house of ill-fame and against the others for being inmates of a disorderly house. The three women and Harry Carr appeared before the mayor, this morning, with their attorney, John DeGolley, and after pleading not guilty to the charges against them, their trial was set for Tuesday afternoon. Loyer and Scotland pleaded guilty to the charge against them and were each fined one dollar.

Illness of Pneumonia Fatal To Richwood Man in Akron Hospital

George M. Beicher, 62, or Richwood, an Erie railroad brakeman died yesterday at St. Thomas hospital in Akron after a 10-day illness of pneumonia. He was taken ill while at work.
Mr. Beicher began his service with the Erie railroad about 20 years ago. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Train men.
Surviving are a sister and brother, Mrs. Katherine Stoll of 254 Gurley avenue and Howard E. Beicher of 151 North Vine street.
Mr. Beicher was born Christmas day in 1873 at Lebanon, Pa. to Emanuel and Margaret Hess Beicher, both natives of Lebanon. His wife, Mrs. Katherine Mingle Beicher, who was born at Kenton, died eight years ago.
The funeral will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the C. E. Curtis Co. funeral home on East Center street by Rev. Lawrence A. Wood, pastor of the Trinity Baptist church. Burial will be made in the Marion cemetery. Friends may view the body at the funeral home after 10 a. m. Tuesday.

George M. Beicher, 62, Erie brakeman, who had been residing with Mr. and Mrs. Earl Nye in Richwood, died Sunday at St. Thomas hospital, Akron, where he had been confined for the past ten days with pneumonia.
Mr. Beicher had been connected with the Erie railroad for the past twenty years. He leaves a sister, Mrs. Katherine Stoll; and a brother, Howard E. Beicher, of Marion.
His wife who was Miss Katherine Mingle, died eight years ago. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afterntoon at 2 o'clock in the C. E. Curtis funeral home, Marion. Burial will be made in the Marion cemetery.

Beicher, 62, of Richwood, who passed away in St. Thomas Hospital in Akron after a ten day illness from pneumonia.
Mr. Beicher was an Erie railroad brakeman and he began his service with the railroad about 20 years ago. He was born in Lebanon, Christmas Day, 1873, and was a son of the late Emanuel and Margaret Hess Beicher.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday afternoon.
