Charles and Margaret were born in Baden (Germany) and their children in Ohio.

Beicher, iron molder, 43, born Nov 1856, who was married for 17 years to wife Louisa, 39, born Apr 1861. She had given birth to four children by 1900, all still living that year. Mrs. Louisa Mayer Beicher, 82, of 300 Pearl street died at 4:30 p.m. yesterday in City hospital of cerebral hemorrhage. She had been taken to the hospital an hour before.

Born April 15, 1861 in Marion, she was the daughter of Charles and Margaret Keis Mayer, both natives of Baden, Germany. March 5, 1882 she was married to John E. Beicher in Marion. He died Nov. 7, 1939.

A member of the Prospect Street Methodist church, Mrs. Beicher was a charter member of the Woman's Society of Christian Service of the church.

Surviving are the following children, Mrs. James Peacock of 315 Belmont street, Earl I. Beicher of 217 Orchard street, Mrs. Barent Burhans of Aberdeen, Washington, and Willard Beicher of Washington, D.C., and one brother, Charles Mayer of Cardington.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Merle H. Hughes mortuary on Mt. Vernon avenue by Rev. Henry Maag of the Prospect Street Methodist church. Burial will be made in Marion cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 tonight.

Newspaper: Marion Star: Mrs. Beicher Funeral, 18 Jun 1943, Marion, Marion, OH. 15 Funeral services for Mrs. Louisa Mayer Beicher of 300 Pearl street were conducted yesterday afternoon in the Merle H. Hughes mortuary on Mt. Vernon avenue. Rev. Henry Maag of Prospect Street Methodist church officiated. Mrs. Beicher died in City hospital Monday.
