M. Marie Boyer, 86, of York, died at 12:15 a.m. Monday at Manor Care South. She was the wife of the late Ralph E. Myers, and of the late William E. Boyer. The service will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Trinity (Roths) United Church of Christ Cemetery. The John W. Keffer Funeral Home Inc., 902 Mount Rose Ave., York, is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Boyer was born on Jan. 4, 1907, in Spring Grove. She was the daughter of the late Edward and L. Alice (Stambaugh) Beecher. She was an inspector for the then Bayuk Cigar Co. of York, retiring in 1970. She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church and the American Association of Retired Persons. Mrs. Boyer is survived by a daughter, Helen L. Frigm of York; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. George W. Fitch Jr. Memorial contributions may be made to York County Agency on Aging, 141 W. Market St., York, 17403.
