Gallucci Beecher
In a recent ceremony in St. Patrick's Church, Miss Rebecca Lea Beecher, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. A. Beecher, Shippensburg, became the bride of Phillip Guy Gallucci, son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil F. Gallucci, Meriden, Conn. The Rev. Anthony J. McGinley officiated at the service. Mrs. Edward Karlovich, 136 Wagner Street, was the organist. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ankle length gown of white irish linen with lace trimming on the front of the dress, neckline, and short sleeves. A bow with seed pearls held her illusion veil which was enhanced by medallions of lace, and she carried a nosegay of white daisies and carnations. Mrs. John Garrett, Baltimore, Md., was the matron of honor, and Miss Sharon Morrow, Harrisburg, was the bridesmaid. Their gowns were of apricot dotted swiss and their headpieces were matching chapel veils. They carried nosegays of apricot and white flowers. The mother of the bride wore a dress of rosebud pink with matching accessories, and white carnation corsage. The mother of the bridegroom wore an aquamarien sheath with matching chiffon coat and accessories and a corsage of white carnations. Thomas Gallucci was his brother's best man, and John Garrett, Baltimore, was the usher. The reception was held in the garden of the home of Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Ashburn, Carlisle. The bride was graduated in 1964 from Big Spring High School. The bridegroom was graduated in 1967 from St. Michael's College, Burlington, Vt., with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology. He is attending the University of Maryland's College of Dental Surgery, Baltimore. Mr. and Mrs. Gallucci are now residing in Baltimore.
