She is the daughter of Carol Balliet of Bloomsburg and the late John Balliet. He is the son of James and Erma Long of Berwick. The Rev. Gary Hackenburg officiated at the ceremony. Jane Pierce served as organist and Balliet presented vocal selections. Jessica Balliet attended the guest book.
The bride appeared in a white satin gown with Sabrina neckline and long sleeves. The bodice, and sleeves were embellished with beaded and sequined lace appliques. The deep v-back was accented with a large bow and streamers. The softly gathered skirt flowed into a cathedral train accented with beads and sequined lace. A crown of pearls held her fingertip veil of illusion. She carried a bouquet of white roses, carnations edged in teal and baby's breath.
Jill Balliet of Danville was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Judy Heddens, Elysburg; Nicole Powlus, Berwick; Jamie Balliet, Bloomsburg, and Gretchen Hollenbach, Milton.
Chad Michael of Bloomsburg served as best man. Ushers were Douglas Brubaker, Elysburg; Michael Long and James Long Jr., both of Berwick, and William Crawford of Orangeville.
A reception was held at Frosty Valley Country Club, Danville. After a wedding trip to New England, the couple resides in Danville.
The bride attended Bloomsburg area schools and the licensed practical nursing school in Washingtonville. She is employed as a manager at May's in Lewisburg. Her husband attended Central Columbia schools and is employed at Giant Food, Bloomsburg.

Jennifer married Daniel Scott Long, son of James Long and Erma, on 13 Nov 1993 in Bloomsburg, Columbia, PA.^{1 2} The marriage ended in divorce before 2004. (Daniel Scott Long was born in Jul 1971.)
