Your petitioner therefore prays your Honors to grant him an order to make sale of said described real estate for the payment of debts and the maintenance of the minor children - List of debts amounting to $164.20 - Whereupon the Court upon due consideration, do grant the prayer of petitioner and do further order & decree that the said Admr. who has given bond with approved security expose the real estate in said petition described to sale by public outcry at the premises on Saturday the 29th day of December Inst. at 10 oclock P.M.

Property Description: A messuage, tenement, and lot of land situated in Walker Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania. The property size is noted as Six acres and one hundred and twenty-eight perches of land.
The deed traces the title, noting that the lot was previously granted to George Beecher by James M. Sellers & Samuel Hench (Indenture dated May 21, 1831). George Beecher died intestate and without issue, leading the title to descend to David Beecher, Jonathan Beecher, William Beecher, Peter Beecher, Samuel Beecher, and Elvina Beecher (and their spouses/heirs). They conveyed it to John Roe (November 4, 1856), who then conveyed it to William Beecher (February 9, 1857), the current grantor.
