2. Census in 1820 in Cumberland Twp., Adams, PA. ⁷ The 1820 census recorded Henry Beecher's household with:

He is living next to the widow Sophia Reck [his sister?] and Jacob Reck, who appeared as a baptism sponsor for some of Henry's siblings.

On the same census page is Robert Thompson, who became the court-appointed guardian of Henry Beecher's children following his death in 1822.
